Marina works on the side of New York City real estate that rarely reaches a listing: off-market and investment properties across all five boroughs and the surrounding market, sourced through relationships with owners, estates, brokers, attorneys and lenders, and placed with buyers whose acquisition criteria fit.

Her focus is investment and development real estate — development sites and land, multifamily and mixed-use buildings, retail and industrial, select luxury residential, and distressed or value-add situations such as estate sales and bankruptcy sales. She works with developers, private investors, acquisition teams, family offices, fix-and-flip and commercial buyers, as well as the owners, brokers, attorneys and lenders who bring deals to her.

Marina has worked in New York City real estate since 2015 and is a Licensed Real Estate Professional with 5 Boro Realty Corp., part of the 5BRC Team.
