marinasdeals.com ("Marina's Deals") is operated by Marina Belorusets, Licensed Real Estate Professional with 5 Boro Realty Corp., 2153 Utica Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11234. Questions about this policy: Marina@5brc.com.

What we collect

Information you submit through the buyer network application, property submission, contact and opportunity-inquiry forms: name, company, email, phone, role, your acquisition criteria, property details and documents you attach, and your message.
Buyer Portal and deal pages: if you create a Buyer Portal account or open a deal package, we record the actions you take on it (views, saves, requests, NDA execution, offer interest) so Marina can follow up with you.
NDA execution records: when you execute a confidentiality agreement, the executed text, your signature, name, company, email, IP address, browser and time of execution are stored as the record of that agreement.
First-party analytics: page views and actions on the public site, with a random identifier stored in your browser. This analytics record contains no name, email or IP address, and no third-party analytics or advertising trackers are used on the public site.
Technical data needed to run the site and prevent abuse, including IP address and browser type on form submissions.

How we use it

To review your submission, match opportunities to your stated criteria, share deal packages with you, respond to your inquiry, manage offers and agreements, and keep the site secure. Your details are used by Marina to work with you directly; they are not sold, and they are not shared with other buyers.

Sharing

Information is shared only as needed to run the service (hosting and email providers), with 5 Boro Realty Corp. as the supervising brokerage where a transaction requires it, with the other party to a transaction you choose to pursue, and where required by law.

Your choices

You may ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing Marina@5brc.com. Records that document an executed agreement or a transaction may need to be retained.

Cookies and storage

The site uses a session cookie for the Buyer Portal and for NDA-unlocked deal pages, and a random analytics identifier in your browser's local storage. It sets no advertising cookies.

Updates to this policy will be posted on this page with a new date.
